We are a public accounting Firm with a concentration in Public Housing Authorities. The firm was established in 1982 and has been serving PHA’s for over 30 years. We do not perform audits; what we do is help PHAs get their accounting and financial reporting done properly which facilitates their audits running more smoothly. Included in the services we provide are: general ledger accounting with monthly financial summaries and schedules for Management and the Board (project accounting & financial reporting where needed), periodic payroll reports preparation, subsidy application preparation, annual original and amended budget preparation, fiscal year end closing procedures, semi‐annual cash balance report preparation, filing of the annual unaudited financial data schedule with REAC, drafting the Managements Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) to be attached to the annual financial reports, along with consulting and advisory services.
